Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for valid reasons, you may return the item to us for a store credit, or an exchange only if it is not a non-returnable item. Please see below for more information on our return policy and non-returnable items.
Due to hygiene reasons items such as inner wear, socks, gloves, masks, etc. are non returnable. Also all food items and items with an expiry date are non-returnable.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. Return authorisation from GLARCO India Customer Service should be obtained within 7 days from the date of delivery and shipped within 3 days from the date of return authorisation. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
